When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking email when your label is created.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship to US addresses only.
My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t have it.
Check with household members/neighbors and your leasing office. Contact your local carrier with the tracking #. If still unresolved, email us and we’ll help start an inquiry.
What’s the summer policy for meltables?
We ship Mon–Wed and offer a Heat-Protection Add-On. If you decline it, melting isn’t considered damage.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes — unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping) may be returned or exchanged. Personal care products and custom items are final sale.
How long do refunds take?
3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email us ASAP. If it has shipped, the carrier must complete the delivery to the original address or return it.
